| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: Development is distributed over up to 3 sites only for the purpose of being closer to customers in Bogotá and México. The process is the same regardless of location.)

Size (Not Relevant: Small projects use single teams whereas larger projects may use multiple teams. All teams use the mandated Scrum-based process, regardless of size.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU has two business lines (Outsourcing Services and Business Solutions). A standard process in the OU has been defined at a singular organizational level that serves both business units.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only performs development and maintenance; maintenance typically consists of fewer sprints than development, but the process defined in Confluence to plan and execute sprints, and to control/review sprint performance, is the same.)
OU: Pertains to the entire organizational unit. |
