Customer (Not Relevant: QPII has two primary customers (1) Consortium of multiple hotels and (2) Large Corporation China Construction Bank. However, the work (IT Applications for resourcing – whether for hotel staffing or for construction) is quite similar for both of the different customers. As such, Customer (even though there are two customers) is ruled out as a differentiating factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Both projects within the appraisal scope are of similar size both in terms of number of employees as well as size with respect to the value and amount of work being done. As such, size is not a differentiating factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All work is performed within the same organizational labor and management structure. As such this does not become a differentiating sampling factor.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All work is in development of software for resourcing. As such this is not a differentiating factor for sampling.)
