Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Single location: QingDao) Customer (Not Relevant: The OU has one types of customer: enterprise. The processes of enterprise customers’ projects are same.) Size (Not Relevant: No differences in project size, all projects are small projects(less than 10 people) and development work are from 30-35 staff months.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are within R&D Department, working according to same process. These Projects share same management team and support functions.) Type of Work: All projects are software development, but has two types of work, Secondary development and The first development. The processes of Secondary development projects are different with those of the first development projects. This will have some impact on the software development activities such as TS and VER.
