Location (Not Relevant: Projects of organizational unit involve several offices but managed by one headquarter. It supports the common approach not depended on location. Thus, location can”t be considered as significant factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: This organizational unit includes projects dedicated to development of products for end users. So, the main customer is business divisions of mother company. It means that all projects of such type work with one customer. Thus, this factor has no influence on projects.)
Size (Not Relevant: Resources involved in projects of organizational unit are nearly equal in projects, by other words – there are no significant differences between projects in terms of size. So, no need to consider this attribute as significant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Approaches using in organizational unit”s projects are following from organizational set of processes and based on organizational regulations on structure and composition. Thus, this factor is excluded from consideration.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects of organizational unit represent the same type of work – development of software product based on similar lifecycle. Thus, this factor is not considered as significant for sampling.)
