Customer (Not Relevant: The OU serves different customers but same process system is used to deliver the work across Engineering, Project Management and other support areas. There are no differences with regard to process system applied to meet the customer delivery needs and hence this factor is not considered to be relevant)
Size (Not Relevant: The process system defined and applied in the OU caters to the requirements of various sizes of projects and there are no differences in the way work is executed with regard to the size of the projects this OU caters to in its delivery.
