Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Rainbow is located at Beijing. There is no other location) Customer (Not Relevant: All development projects are executed for various clients. However organizational processes are unique for all projects.) Size (Not Relevant: The organization processes does not vary and different for different size of the projects.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: R&D Department is considered for appraisal and processes are same for all projects. Following functions/activities are carried out at organizational Level. SEPG –Software Engineering Process Group QA/CM – Quality Assurance and Configuration Management Training) Type of Work: Rainbow executes development and maintenance projects, which are executed using the Waterfall Life Cycle. Same sets of processes are followed for execution of both type projects. But ‘TYPE OF WORK’ factor is considered for project selection.
