Customer (Not Relevant: R&D Center executes software development projects for access layer network solutions to global telecom operators. In all the basic units, standard process defined at organization level with minor tailoring is followed. No significant process change for different customers. So ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is not considered for project selection.)
Size (Not Relevant: R&D Center QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. All projects are of typically similar staff size (17-20 staff) with similar duration. There is no variation in the work performed in these projects due to project team size and hence all projects are required to follow same processes irrespective of project team size. So “SIZE” factor is not considered for project selection.)
