Customer: There are 2 types of customer categories such as “External Customer”, “Internal Customer”. Since the organization uses different types of requirement gathering and elicitation methods based on the types of customer categories, customer is a relevant factor.
Size (Not Relevant: All works are similar size and use the same process regardless of size. Consequently size does not cause significant variations in the performance of processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one organization structure with a common OSSP and quality system across all BUs in the organization regardless of the organizational structure.)
