Whether a smaller project or huge projects, the same QMS standard is used with tailoring guidelines to support. Not a selected sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure: Relevant Sampling Factor – IADC branch is responsible for implementing projects that are prioritized by the IT Steering Committee (ITSC). They are Enhancement projects. The ITP branch is responsible for incepting new initiatives with the end-user organization. They typically work on Foundation projects. The IAP branch is primarily responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Tax Administration System. IAP typically takes responsibilities for delivering Budget projects.
