Hence location as a factor may not influence the implementation) Customer (Not Relevant: Both BU are for the same customer hence customer as a factor may not influence implementation) Size (Not Relevant: Both BU are of similar size hence size as a factor may not influence implementation) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: DEV BU reports to development head and SVC BU repots to services head. However, this factor is redundant to the “Type of Work” factor) Type of Work: One DEV BU and one SVC BU. They follow different Life Cycles and different constellations. Hence this factor is relevant.
