Size: The OSSP is allowed to be tailored by size of the project, and these tailoring may influence the project execution.
Organizational Structure: The development team is separated into 4 groups based on the applied business division of the software system. Although the 4 groups use the same OSSP, the process implementation may be influenced by different development groups.
