Location (Not Relevant: All project in-scope is performed at the same location, ITO Solution Division in Seoul Korea. All work is performed at the same location, so this is not relevant sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: This organization has different customers, but it doesn’t impact to the application of processes and those processes are consistent across different customers. Regardless of customers, processes used are same and consistent across this organization.)
Size (Not Relevant: Processes could be different according to the type of work, but the size doesn’t impact to the application of processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational structure does not impact to way processes are applied by the project. All projects are managed by project manager and Quality Assurance team.)
Type of Work: This organization has two types of processes to develop systems. One is about integrated development process, and the other is about enhancement development process. Integrated development process is related with public and finance system integration projects, and enhancement development process is related with public and finance system enhancement projects. According to these development types, different processes are used. Process tailoring except for base or revised model is not permitted. |
