Location (Not Relevant: The process followed in the OU projects is not influenced by the location as all projects in OU follow the standard organizational process irrespective of from where they are operating. All projects in the OU are primarily managed from one location, i.e. Olathe, KS, USA)
Customer (Not Relevant: The process followed within is subgroup for all customers is similar (organizational standard process is followed) and is not changing. The customers in each subgroup are similar in nature)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects in the OU are of small in size and the process followed is similar across all project)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization is small and is having a flat structure and the process followed is not influenced by the structure)
