Customer (Not Relevant: The OU is small in size and serves 3 different customers. There is only one project from each customer and there is no variation of process within one customer and the organization”s standard process is followed. Hence customer is not selected as a sampling factor)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are of medium size in nature. The process followed is not influenced by size of project)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU is a flat structure and all three Project Managers reports to one delivery manager)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All running projects in OU are of software development and maintenance in nature. There is no other type of work in OU and hence Type of work is not an applicable sampling factor)
Technology: There are 3 projects in OU. Out of 3 projects, 2 are of JAVA technology and One is of DOTNET technology. The process followed across these two technologies is slightly different in nature. |
