Location (Not Relevant: All Engineering activities take place at SeeByte Ltd. Headquarters in Edinburgh and therefor there is no impact on the processes used.)
Customer (Not Relevant: SeeByte delivers products and solutions to two main type of customers, US-Military and Other which at the previous appraisal resulted in 2 subgroups. However, over the last three years works has concentrated on standardising the processes across the organisational unit and now the customers do not have any significant impact on the processes used.)
Size (Not Relevant: The processes have been designed to accommodate all likely sizes of development work being undertaken by SeeByte and currently the development size has been relatively similar. There is no impact on the processes used.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Recently there have been some organisational changes with the introduction of Technology Programme groups, Sensor Processing, Autonomy and C2. However, these have primarily been introduced to facilitate organisational growth and promote technology advancements in these areas. Each group follows the same process.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All work carried out in the Organizational Unit is performed by all the Basic Units in support of the same application domain, see above and therefore there is no impact on the processes used.)
