The same organizational policies, processes and templates, and management guide the work performed across all SENTEL locations. Therefore, geographic location does not impact the way work is performed in the OU.)
Customer (Not Relevant: SW projects in the OU serve military customers. The same organizational policies, processes and templates, and management guide the work performed for these customers. Given this, customer type has no impact on work performed and therefore, is not a relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: SW projects in the OU range from 4 to 13 FTE. Each SW project has similar roles regardless of size and project personnel follow SENTEL wide policies and processes. The number of personnel per project was analyzed and it was determined that project size does not drive differences in the way work is performed.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The SW projects report under the same Senior Manager and have the same reporting relationship to the appraisal sponsor. Organizational structure has no impact on the way work is performed.)
