Location (Not Relevant: All the units considered in the scope of the appraisal are based on the same location, using the same office facilities in Jinan.)
Customer: The OU is divided into three different teams, Social Security sector, Electric Power sector and General customers, that may result in tailoring options affecting the processes in place.
Size: The OU considers two segments of projects, based on its size, resulting in different process assets deployed in each of them.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Structure is common all over the three departments of the R&D Center, with the direct delivery team supported by the Quality Control Department, the EPG and the Training team.)
