Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The scope of appraisal is Technology Development Department of Shandong Changxiang located at Jinan. No other location is considered. Shandong Changxiang QMS processes are established at organizational level for Jinan Location. So “LOCATION” factor is not considered for project selection.) Customer (Not Relevant: Technology Development Department executes software development projects for their client and users in the field of university teaching materials business and data processing. In all the basic units, standard process defined at organization level with minor tailoring is followed. No significant changes observed in the processes followed by these projects for different customers. So ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is not considered for project selection.) Size (Not Relevant: Technology Development Department QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. All projects are of typically similar staff size (05-06 staff) with similar duration.
