Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The scope of appraisal is Jinan location of Shan Dong Eagle. No other location is considered. Shan Dong Eagle QMS processes are established at organizational level for Jinan Location, so “LOCATION” factor is not considered for project selection.) Customer (Not Relevant: R & D Center executes development projects for Highway Transportation Industry customers. In all the basic units, standard process defined at organization level with minor tailoring is followed. No significant changes observed in the processes followed by these projects for different customers. Therefore ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is not considered for project selection.) Size: The Shan Dong Eagle QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. They execute large scale projects, medium scale projects and small scale projects. Staff size and duration of the projects varies significantly for these projects. So “SIZE” factor is considered for project selection. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational Structure is same for all the projects executed in R & D Center hence no significant process variation based on organizational structure. So ‘ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE’ factor is not considered for the project selection. Following functions / activities are carried out at organizational Level. 1. EPG 2. SQA by Quality Control Center 3. Testing by Software Testing Department 4. Training by Human Resource Department) Type of Work (Not Relevant: R & D Center executes development projects using the Waterfall Life Cycle.
