Sampling Factors:

Location (Not Relevant: Organization unit is operational from one location at Jinan Shandong China only and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)

Customer (Not Relevant: All Software development projects processes used are the same for all the customers.)

Size (Not Relevant: No differences in project size, because projects use the same processes whatever the size of the application.)

Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are within Technology R&D Center, working according to same process. These Projects share same support functions, and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)

Type of Work: Because activities performed differ in the case of Customization development and Product development. Feasibility analysis for Product development is needed; work related to pre-sales are needed for Customization development .The processes of RD, REQM and VAL might be differed.
