Type of Product: There are two types of products: 1. Dependent products. 2.Independent products. The dependents products are tightly connected to existing systems. The requirements and technical designs of dependent products are strongly dependent on existing systems structure and interfaces. The independent products have no relationship with any existing systems. There are no constrains on the requirments and technical designs from existing system.
