There is no other office delivering software implementation services.) Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are from Internet Service Providers.) Size (Not Relevant: Project team members may be different based on project requirements, lifecycle selected and resource availability. Normally, project team size is below 15 people. The organization assumes all project team sizes are same.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There are three departments under Product Operation Center. The three departments work together to deliver software implementation services.) Type of Work: There are two types of work. One is New Product Development.
