Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: Project teams develops solution in R&D Department located at Nanjing city and may work onsite to deliver and deploy solutions according to project plan. There is no other office delivering software implementation services.) Customer (Not Relevant: All works are to implement and deliver software solutions to customers in the area of robotic process automation.)
Size (Not Relevant: Project team members may be different based on project requirements, lifecycle selected and resource availability. The number of project team members are equal or less than 10 people. The organization assumes all project sizes are same.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All the engineers are work under a same team under R&D Department to deliver software solution.)
Type of Work: There are two types of projects. One is Product Development. Another one is software implementation services to customers based contracted requirements.

And the engineering team follows the product development life cycle to implement designs. Contract Development (Type of Work): Project requirements are collected from customers based on project plan. Project team implements for and deploys solutions to customers based the contract signed.
