Customer: There are two types of customer: external and internal. For external projects, the requirements are from external costumers, and the product will be delivered to customers based on contracts; for internal projects, the requirements are from marketing and operation departments, and the purpose of project is to enhance the platform products.
Size (Not Relevant: Projects are in similar sizes, and follow the same processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU is a matrix organization. The project members are form the Product Research Department, Product Design Department, and Project Management Department, they are specialized in system development, requirement development, and project management respectively. All the teams are following the same processes.)
