Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The work is performed in only one site.) Customer (Not Relevant: The work is executed following the same processes for all of the customers. Most of the customers of the organizational unit are lithium battery industry. Therefore, the customers’ needs are similar and there are no specific necessities do adapt the processes for different customers.) Size (Not Relevant: The work is performed in the same way regardless the size of the project. All the projects of the organizational unit are of the same size. Specific process adaptations for projects of same type of work are considered in the standard process definition. Those adaptations are small and the adapted processes do not differ much among the projects of same type of work, for instance, the project monitoring frequency is different for some projects, but the project monitoring process is the same.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The appraisal scope considered only one organizational structure.) Type of Work: There are two types of work (Product development projects, and Custom development projects). The product development projects are developed internally as part of the organizational strategy to develop and maintain new products and functionalities for actual and future market needs. The custom development projects are conducted to address specific client’s needs.
