Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All teams report to one senior manager and all basic units belong to one technology department, hence it is not a relevant factor.)
Type of Work: Projects are developed in the similar technology but Project Lifecycle (Iteration, Waterfall) is different for all basic units. Different project Lifecycle results in different tailoring in processes, such as engineering and project management processes, hence considered relevant for sampling. |
