Location (Not Relevant: Projects are being executed in Shenzhen and the process followed is same, hence location cannot be considered as factor)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the projects are for different enterprises and customers are from the same domain and projects are not controlled by customers, due to the same, customer cannot be considered as factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects have similar project size and there is no difference in project life cycle or processes based on project size)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: project organization structure across the projects is same, due to which the project organisation in the project is same, it will not differ to consider it as a factor)
Type of Work: Orgnisation is having two types of work first type is SG1: Creating and the second type is SG2: Upgrading as per the customer specific requirements |

SG1: Creating (Type of Work): Develop a new system base on customers requirement, these kinds of projects follow the standard process. which has a life cycle of Develop requirement, technical design, coding, testing, deliver to the customers.
SG2 : Upgrading (Type of Work): Make changes or add new feature on a exist system. These projects are smaller than “creating” projects, the requirements/design document is also different compared to requirements/design documents of “creating” projects. |
