Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are from the same department of the organization.)
Type of Work: Work is done differently based on project types. Two types of projects are identified: standard projects and customize projects.
Sampling Factor Values: Standard (Type of Work): This type of projects develop new software from scratch, or develop software for releasing of a major new version.
