Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: Development projects are all in Shenzhen, it doesn’t affect the development process.) Customer (Not Relevant: All the products developed for the enterprise information system. Doesn’t affect the development process.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size are similar and it doesn’t affect the development process.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational structures are same in all of the projects and all of the projects are in same organization.)
Type of Work: There are two types of projects: 1. Basic Platform Development. 2. Customization Development.
The producrts of basic platform development projects are designed by the OU itself. The customization projects develop products according to the customer requirements.
