Location (Not Relevant: The projects are executed from single location. Hence there is no reason to consider the Location as relevant sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The process followed does not depend on customers since the same QMS and lifecycle is used for all the customers. Underlying technology is also same. Hence the Customer is not included as relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: The project teams are small and similar (6-9). The project development process is standard regardless of size of the project. Hence the Size is not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure: There are two Business Units. This is chosen as the sampling factor.
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All of the projects are of development lifecycle work. There are no other type of projects such as maintenance or production support within the OU. Hence there is no reason to consider type of work as relevant sampling factor.) |
