Location (Not Relevant: All the projects are in the same location.)
Customer: There are two types of customer: external and internal. For external projects, the requirements are from external costumers, and the product will be delivered to customers based on contracts; for internal projects, the requirements are from marketing staffs of company, and the purpose of project is to prepare demonstration systems.
Size (Not Relevant: Projects are in similar sizes, and follow the same processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The R&D department is a flat project-oriented organization. Project manager are senior members; they may also work on requirement analysis or design. The new projects will be assigned to project managers based on their specialties and experiences, then the team members will be arranged according to their availability. All the projects are following the same processes.)
