Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: OU performs its activities from Pune location only hence is not considered as critical factor) Customer (Not Relevant: Projects in OU caters to external customers. All these projects are executed from location mentioned above hence able to follow defined standard processes. Projects that are managed by customer hence driven by customer processes are not part of this OU. Hence this was not considered as relevant sampling factor.) Size: Different size for projects classified as Type A, B and C has a bearing on process execution. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Project managers and other participants follow the same standard process and report to same senior management. The organizational structure does not drive a different process to be followed.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: OU has projects with a similar development lifecycle. Hence this was not considered as a sampling factor.)
