Customer: There are 3 long-term customers. Processes are customized for the 3 long-term customers. 3 different PPBs are established and maintained for the 3 clients.
Size (Not Relevant: Size does not have any significant impact on how work gets done other than some minor tailoring. According to customer requirements, the processes followed and the final deliverables to customers are the same no matter the project is big or small. However, internal management documents can be tailored for small size projects based on tailoring guideline. For example, project only maintain one WBS for small projects, but maintain phase-wise WBS for big projects.)
