Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: There is a unique HOSIX (health solutions) development and maintenance team distributed by several locations. People in abroad locations are always assigned to HOSIX that is a product with the same functionalities for all its customers. So, all locations use the same methods because the solutions are integrated in the same software product.) Customer (Not Relevant: HOSIX’s customers don’t influence in the methods used to develop or maintain the product, because exists only one product for all the customers. Fixed price projects are developed for different customers using the same methods, because SIVSA supports the economic risk of the project, and so, SIVSA determines the way of working.)
Size (Not Relevant: Small and big service requests are included in the Task Tool of SIVSA. In the same sprint, the team executes a package of several requests (big and small ones). Considering fixed price projects, contracts of very small projects are solved using Technical Assistance Services (time and material orders), but they are not included in the OU.
