Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: All projects are operating from only one location, i.e, Piscataway, NJ, USA) Customer (Not Relevant: The projects / services in each subgroups is of similar and homogeneous in nature. The projects / services also follows softek’s standard processes without any tailoring / customization in each sub group. Hence Customer is not an influencing factor)
Size (Not Relevant: The projects and work groups at softek are of small in size and size is not influencing the process followed)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization unit is small and the organization structure is flat. The process followed is not influenced by organization structure)
Type of Work: There are two types of work being done in OU. Software Development and Resource Management services. The process followed is different in these two types of work
