Size (Not Relevant: There is no specific classification of projects into Large Medium Small buckets, Organizational tailoring guidelines adhered to when necessary. If project size is less than 400MDs, some management activities will be merged, e.g.requirement phase end analysis and design phase end analysis can be combined. The minor process tailoring has very minor impact on process execution. So size is not a sampling factor.)
