Customer: Two types of customers: private and government. Goverment agencies require compliance to MAGTIC methodology
Size: Three sizes are identified: small, medium, large. There are some differences in the practices and work products required for each type
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: One only unit where projects are conducted (PMO) and products developed (Technology and QA))

Medium (Size): Projects that may require more than 3 people and could last more than 1-6 months
Small (Size): Projects that may require 3-6 people and should last 3 months or less |
