Customer (Not Relevant: Customers are from the same domain and the projects are not controlled by customer or there are no processes / templates provided by customer to influence the process execution. Due to the same, customer cannot be considered as factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: No bearing on process execution as all the projects are of similar size)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Project Organization structure in both the projects is same and both the project managers are reporting to a single delivery manager due to which the project organization structure influence in both the projects is same, it will not differ to consider it as a factor.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Both the projects in the OU are similar in nature i.e. development type with same lifecycle. Due to this type of work influence in both the projects is same, it will not differ to consider it as a factor.) |
