Organizational Structure: The OU has a single subgroup, ‘Software Development Group,’ and work isn”t performed differently in different parts of the Organizational Structure. (This Factor is defined ‘Relevant’ in order to follow the SAS requirement: at least one Factor should be ‘Relevant.’)
