Location (Not Relevant: Location has no impact on process implementation because none of the processes are location-specific. Xcelerate’s Standard process methodology is followed.)
Customer: Two types of customers: (1) External Customers (2) Internal Customers. Wherever required standard processes are tailored to prepare the project defined process based on type of customer and customer requirements.
