Location (Not Relevant: OU performs its activities from Mumbai, Pune and Gurgaon locations however it follow a common integrated QMS. Hence this was not considered as a critical factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All projects are executed for external customers and no specific variation is expected based on the same.)
Size (Not Relevant: There is no significant variation in sizing of the projects that result in different process performance. Hence size was not observed to be a critical factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There are no process variation or tailoring considered on the basis of organizational structure hence this was not observed to be a critical factor)
Type of Work: OU primarily has 3 types of projects i.e. enhancement, testing and production support. Hence this was considered for sampling factor. |
