Customer (Not Relevant: All projects are executed for similar customer domain of commercial clients. There are no client specific processes followed by OU projects.)
Size (Not Relevant: Organization does not differentiate processes to be followed based on project size differences. Projects of all sizes are required to follow the same processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the similar organization structure of PM, Lead, Dev and Test)
