Customer (Not Relevant: Same QMS is applied regardless of customers. For different customers only the requirements change. The lifecycle and processes used do not change. Hence customer is considered as not a relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Same QMS processes used regardless of Size of the project. Most of the projects have a team size 10-18. Hence size of the projects is considered as not relevant.))
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All the departments use same QMS. There are no major differences with respect to governance mechanisms. Hence this is considered as not relevant.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Only software development work is being considered as part of the OU definition.)
