Location (Not Relevant: 2 locations across China – Shenzhen, Chongqing. But project execution methodologies are the same define in organization level, most projects have team members from two locations. So location is not a sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Although different customers have different project targets, SLAs, which have already been take into account during planning stage – schedule, cost and risk planning. There is no process variation due to customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Large projects will be divided into small teams and follow the same process with minimal tailoring, so size is not a sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization unit(Product Research & Development Center) is small and have a flat structure.)
