Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. There is only one location for all projects: Lima, Peru. The location is not relevant for the process usage.) Customer (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. All the projects are for internal business user areas.) Size (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. No matter the quantity of members in a team, the processes are executed in the same way.) Organizational Structure: There are two types of projects: acquisition projects and projects without supplier participation. Type of Work: There are two types of basic units: development projects and maintenance projects.
Sampling Factor Values:	Acquisition projects (Organizational Structure): Projects which involves contracting suppliers. Projects without supplier involvement (Organizational Structure): Projects without supplier involvement. All the work is performed by internal employees. Development projects (Type of Work): This project is part of an institutional project. It develops new applications or perform large changes to existing applications. Maintenance projects (Type of Work): This project is not part of an institutional project. It adds or modifies functionality to existing software applications.
