Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. There is only one location for all projects: Lima, Peru. The location is not relevant for the process usage.)) Customer (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. All the projects are for internal business user areas.) Size (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. No matter the quantity of members in a team, the processes are executed in the same way.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. All the projects are performed by the same division: Development Division.) Type of Work: There are two types of basic units: development projects and maintenance projects.
Sampling Factor Values:	Maintenance projects (Type of Work): Requests sent to software factory which add or modify functionality to existing software applications. Development projects (Type of Work): Requests sent to software factor which develop new applications or perform large changes to existing applications.
