Location (Not Relevant: All Services in-scope are located at the UKDC, Leeds.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Irrespective of customer all Services are operated in the same way.)
Size (Not Relevant: The size or value of a Service contract does not affect the processes or management structures applied to it.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All Services are based in the same part of Detica and fall under a common organisational structure.)
Type of Work: Although all types of Services operate in the same way there are five natural ‘sets’ of services, System Development, Testing, Support, Operations (Resource Augmentation) and Data Analytics.
