Customer (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. KQMS (Kumaran Quality Management System) is deployed across various types of projects executed for the customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. Team and project size varies from 3 to 26 members with most of the projects having 7-13 members. No process variation owing to size and the main source of diversity is the project type of work. However, both the 3 member as well as the 26 member teams are selected for evaluation of all process areas.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. All projects and development teams report to the Senior VP and CEO. To ensure domain focus, delivery leaders exist for Retail, Banking, Telecom, Insurance and other accounts. The above however do not constitute a source of process diversity. Process diversity is primarily governed by the type of Project in Kumaran. The type of projects has its lifecycle and process assets.)
