Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Nanjing location is only considered for appraisal. Thus, location is not a differentiator and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied.) Customer: Technology Department is engaged in developing software applications for Government and Private organizations. OSSP is defined at organization level However Requirement analysis and validation processes are different for Govt and Private Customers. Therefore ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is considered for project selection. Size (Not Relevant: Project staff size varies based on scope and complexities of each Project. However, it has no impact of processes followed in Development projects. As per Management policy, each Development project has to follow standard processes and hence “Size” factor is not considered for project selection.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Technology Department is considered as OU. There is no other dept. engaged in software development. There is no impact from organizational structure on project process differentiation) Type of Work (Not Relevant: Only development projects are considered in appraisal so “Type of work” factor is not considered for project selection.)
