Location (Not Relevant: The OU has a unique office in the city of Lima, province of Lima, Peru. All projects are working in the same location, so this is not a relevant sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The OU has defined a standard process to be executed uniformly across every project to ensure consistent results and quality. All the projects follow the same set of standard process no matter the customer. The customer is not relevant for the process usage.)
Size (Not Relevant: Each project has usually 3 to 6 project members. Not a relevant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The scope of the appraisal is the Development Management. The teams belong to the same department. Not a relevant sampling factor.)
